About the Program : | The three years or Six semesters B.Sc. In Hospitality & Hotel Administration offered by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology focuses on management studies specific to hospitality. With specialization in Four broad areas of management that include FOOD PRODUCTION, FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE, FRONT OFFICE and HOUSEKEEPING in which students can join industries as Operational managers and associates. The program prepares young professionals for a career not only in hospitality but stretches across varied sectors, industries including teaching. The program delivers courses which provide a clear understanding of organizational systems, efficiency and operational issues specific to the service sector.
